Meyer’s Longsword – What is this guard?

At first the image bellow looks like Ochs, but the hands are crossed on the left. That implies that the fencer is simply left-handed, but look at the feet. Meyer describes the Ox on the Left as having the right foot forward, but this fencer’s left foot is forward. Is this a variant of Ochs? Another guard? Was was it simply a mistake by the artist?
