Example of a good Kronhauw

George E. Georgas has offered a much better video of the Kronhauw. The technique is at 0:45.

While I personally prefer to catch the attack a bit sooner, this demonstrates the good body structure I was talking about in my previous post. You’ll need to watch it in slow motion to see the moment of impact, as his elbows drop for the counter-cut immediately after.
